This is a private beach that allows dogs. Though officially dogs must be leashed at all beaches in Marin County, there is some leeway here. As long as your dog is under voice control and not bothering anyone, you should be able to take a swim without any difficulties. There's a day use fee of $5 per vehicle, and annual passes are available for $100.
