The off-leash area is adjacent to Randall Museum at Roosevelt and Museum Ways. There's street parking nearby at Roosevelt and Museum Ways and a parking lot at the end of Museum Way.

This small fenced-in area is a popular spot for neighborhood dogs. The area around the dog park is not well maintained, but the magnificent views of the city and the natural setting make up for the scruffy surroundings. There are drinking fountains for dogs and people.

The Recreation Center in this park is currently under construction, so the status of off-leash play in this park is unclear. Until word comes down from the Recreation and Park Department, the consensus seems to be that it's OK to let dogs roam free beyond the official fenced off-leash area.
